Cardoon

If you take a close look at your farmers market, you’ll notice Cardoons  are at peak. Cardoons are closely related to artichokes and have a similar taste. Cardoons are actually been used in parts of Europe in the preparation of making cheese. However, in this pantry we will focus on cooking and be consuming the semi-hollow and stringy stalks of the cardoon.
