Green forest smoothie bowl

One of the easiest ways to enjoy a bowl full of leafy greens, that will leave you feeling energized throughout the day for a healthy blood circulation and your digestion will thank you. This smoothie contains kale, African spinach, spirulina, chlorella, cilantro and ripe kent mangos.

Ingredients: 

  • Kale, handful
  • Spinach, handful
  • Cilantro, handful
  • 2 ripe kent mangos
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp chlorella
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tbsp (Any) plant based milk, hemp

Directions:

In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients together blend into a thick consistency, add more plant-based milk to adjust thickness, transfer into a bowl, and garnish with maple syrup, cilantro, and pumpkin seeds.
